1. Do you have "jeans days" where people can dress casually?
2. What is the last achievement the company celebrated? And the one before
that?
3. List the people you've listened to this week as they talked about their
personal lives. Who initiated these conversations?
4. How many staff members' birthdays do you know? How many do you acknowledge?
5. How often do you have informal social events so staff can get to know
each other? Are partners ever invited?
6. Do you consider your staff to be your customers?
7. If someone asked each member of your staff whether they thought you
cared about them, how many would answer yes?
