Your Staff
1. List one positive attribute for each of your direct reports. How long
ago was it since you told them.
2. List one negative attribute for each direct report.
3. Describe what you are doing to help them improve. (Note: "Refraining
from firing them" is not an acceptable answer)
4. List one principal goal each of your direct reports has for themselves.
5. Describe what you are doing to help them reach that goal.
