You value your customers. You know they are the people paying your wages. Do they know you value them?

  1. Make eye contact.
    Look your customer straight in the eye. Smile and look friendly. Show your enthusiasm.
     
  2. Thank them for coming.
    Say thank you. Show you're grateful by being interested in there and their problem. Show you care.
     
  3. Listen.
    Listen to what they say and how they say it. Tune the rest of the world out and tune them in. Listen to understand they problem.
     
  4. Work hard.
    Work tirelessly to solve their problem. Have a can-do attitude. Put your skills to work to benefit them. Give them a 100'90 solution and no additional problems
     
  5. Follow Up.
    If you can, make a follow up call to check that everything is OK
