Listen to what they say and how they say it. Tune the rest of the world
out and tune them in. Listen to understand they problem.
- Work hard.
Work tirelessly to solve their problem. Have a can-do attitude. Put your
skills to work to benefit them. Give them a 100'90 solution and no
additional problems
- Follow Up.
If you can, make a follow up call to check that everything is OK
